About the Role
We're looking for a passionate co-founder to lead sales and business development at SenseCheck. You'll be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market strategy and building relationships with technical leaders worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Drive early customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Shape our sales strategy and pricing model
- Build relationships with engineering leaders and CTOs
- Help define product direction based on customer feedback
- Represent SenseCheck at conferences and events
What We're Looking For
- Experience selling to technical audiences (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Understanding of engineering culture and leadership challenges
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Compensation
Equity: 30% - 40%
Commensurate with experience and what you bring to the table. This is a true co-founder role with significant ownership stake.
